Welcome to Paris Best Transport. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our private car service and booking system. By booking a ride with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Paris Best Transport provides professional chauffeur-driven transportation services in Paris and surrounding regions. Our services include airport transfers, city tours, and private transportation for individuals, families, and VIP clients.

We offer a range of vehicle categories to suit your needs. Each vehicle type has specific passenger capacity limits that must be respected for safety and comfort.

Important: The passenger count includes all adults, children, and infants. Please ensure your booking does not exceed the maximum capacity for your selected vehicle type. We reserve the right to refuse service if passenger count exceeds vehicle capacity.

Base prices are calculated per route and vehicle type. All prices are in EUR and include standard service within the specified route.

Note: Base prices are subject to additional charges for extras (see Section 4). Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Additional charge per extra stop (beyond the main pickup and drop-off):

Airport Waiting Time

For airport pickups, 2 hours of waiting time are included. Additional waiting time is charged per hour:

Booking Process:

• All bookings must be made through our official booking system or by contacting us directly.
• You must provide accurate information including pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, and passenger count.
• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if passenger count exceeds vehicle capacity.

Payment:

• Payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation.
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on route, vehicle selection, and additional services.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit Card, or as agreed upon booking.

Passenger Capacity:

• Maximum passenger capacity is strictly enforced for safety and comfort.
• All passengers (adults, children, and infants) count toward the capacity limit.
• If your party exceeds the selected vehicle's capacity, you must upgrade to a larger vehicle or book multiple vehicles.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if capacity is exceeded.

Luggage:

• Please inform us of the number of luggage pieces when booking.
• Standard luggage capacity varies by vehicle type.
• Oversized or excessive luggage may require a vehicle upgrade.
• We are not responsible for luggage that does not fit in the selected vehicle.

Child Seats:

• Please inform us if you require child seats or booster seats.
• Child seats are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure child seats are properly installed and used.

Cancellation:

• Cancellation policies vary based on booking type and timing.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup) may incur charges.
• No-show bookings will be charged in full.

Delays:

• We understand that flight delays and traffic can affect schedules.
• For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly.
• Please inform us immediately of any delays or schedule changes.
• Extended waiting times beyond included periods will be charged as per Section 4.

Our Responsibility:

• We strive to arrive on time for all bookings.
• In case of delays on our part, we will contact you immediately.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Passenger Conduct:

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
• Excessive alcohol consumption or illegal activities will result in immediate service termination.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.

Liability:

• Paris Best Transport maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all vehicles and services.
• We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
• We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays beyond our control.
